1. What is "content management?"
Content Management is computer software that allows you to update and change your website instantly whenever you want to. And because our system is entirely web-based, you can do this from any computer connected to the Internet. You just log in to your administration website and start updating. Content management allows you to add things like calendars, online forms, member directories, file downloads, etc. using different content modules. MercyTree's content management system has been designed to allow anyone, regardless of how "tech-savvy" they are, to maintain a website that looks great and doesn't require a huge time commitment.

2. Is MercyTree only for churches and non-profits?
Yes, the MercyTree content management tools have been created specifically with churches and non-profits in mind.

4. What if I already have a website?
We understand that many ministries might have sites where they are satisfied with the design or content, but would like to use the powerful tools MercyTree has to offer to update their site.
We can easily work with your existing site to equip it with the MercyTree Content Management tools.
Whether it's keeping your content or working with your design, the end result is always a great looking website that is able to better meet the needs of your church or ministry. 5. How long will it take MercyTree to create my site?
The average start-to-finish time for MercyTree websites is roughly four to five weeks. However, this varies depending on how fast clients are able to give us payment, design feedback, and logo/graphic files.
In short, we'll move at your speed offering all the help you need until your website goes live at your domain name.

6. Can I host a MercyTree website on another server?
Currently MercyTree websites can only be hosted on our servers.
