1. What is "content management?"

Content Management is computer software that allows you to update and change your website instantly whenever you want to. And because our system is entirely web-based, you can do this from any computer connected to the Internet. You just log in to your administration website and start updating. Content management allows you to add things like calendars, online forms, member directories, file downloads, etc. using different content modules. MercyTree's content management system has been designed to allow anyone, regardless of how "tech-savvy" they are, to maintain a website that looks great and doesn't require a huge time commitment.
